Amazing Care Clinic Booking an Appointment

The patient goes to www.AmazingCareClinic.com and sets up an appointment with one of the clinic’s world class physicians.

Docpulse

Docpulse notifies support of the new appointment. The patient is Emailed payment confirmation and detailed instructions and links for their video consultation.  If needed, support contacts the patient with any questions or issues. 

10 minutes before the appointment, Docpulse notifies all parties of the upcoming appointment. On everyone’s arrival at the video room consultation, the status is changed for both the patient and Doctor. If there is a delay by either, Support initiates the appropriate action(s).

Docpulse notifies Support that the appointment has ended.  If any additional action is needed, Support follows up with the patient.

Pro-Active Monitoring Workflow

The Amazing Care Clinic Doctor prescribes proactive monitoring for the patient through the Docpulse online hospital management system.

Support checks Docpulse whether the prescription includes Remote Monitoring. If Yes, support creates a new patient in AmazingCareAssist.com by copying their details from Docpulse. 

The patient makes payment through the payment gateway at AmazingCareAssist.com.  Support is notified of the payment.

The patient is notified that they have been set up for the AmazingCareAssist App and they receive instructions on how to make payment for the service.  In addition, support also makes a follow up call to the patient.

Support creates the patient in the AmazingCareAssist Dashboard and assigns standard questions. SMS and Email notifications are sent to the patient.

Support calls the patient and walks them through the entire app download and installation process.  They are also given instruction on how to answer their questions and enter monitored values.
